Commercial Litigation
We routinely handle commercial commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. This includes, among others, handling claims for breach of contract, alleged violations of the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, shareholder disputes and general tort claims, such as negligence and breach of fiduciary duty.
Outside General Counsel Services
We also serve as outside general counsel to several small and mid-sized businesses, including an architecture and design firm and a group of restaurants and nightclubs. This involves, inter alia, working on acquisitions, handling construction lien and other commercial litigation matters, and addressing employment issues.

We handle transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, commercial lease transactions, contracts, and employment agreements.
Employment Matters
